Went to visit my uncle and left very concerned. I heard a resident complaining that they couldn't get a drink other than water. A huge concern, but particularly mean given how expensive the rooms are. Also heard staff talking to residents like they were children. Another visitor was there, and they seemed to do more for their loved one than the staff did. My uncle said people complain, but managers don't listen. Now discussing with family if we should move my uncle elsewhere.

Would not recommend. I have a friend who lives in this facility and I'm concerned as to the care they are receiving. Attempts to chat with manager about issues are pointless, as they just deny deny deny. Save your money and go elsewhere as the claims they make about care are not upheld.

If you can stay clear of this place, please do, especially if your family member has dementia or other cognitive deterioration. Residents ignored, not enough staff, food is horrible, hygiene standards not kept, care staff are not interested, management is not accountable when issues identified, no respect for residents family. Other reviews here are copy paste reviews, all worded the same, and not legitimate. Same thing on Google, reviews are by staff members.

Not enough staff. My parent passed away and we have yet to receive any follow up phone call from management to express condolences. Very disappointed.

If you have a family member with high care needs, turn around and walk away. They have had 3 managers in 9 months, are not interested in family’s concerns until you threaten to dob them into the aged care commissioner and the food is disgusting.
