The staff were all wonderful when my father in law lived at Illoura for the 12 months before he passed away. He felt like the staff were family and he called Illoura his home. He had moved to be closer to family and gained a new family into the bargain when going into residential care. He requested to be buried in our local cemetary when looking at advanced care planning as he saw Wangaratta as being home now. My husbands mum
