Management of place is terrible, allowed a resident to actively harass other residents with no follow up or reporting, will be removing my mother from facility within a week. A place to be avoided at all costs!!!!!!! Be warned and aware

My mother, aged 92, has been a resident of Iris Manor for just over one year (March 2013) to the present time. She was admitted as low care but now needs high care. There are only about 10 high care beds and the residents receive excellent care from the trained staff who are very caring and kind.
