All floor surfaces are non slip. Wide corridors with dual fixed handrails and 1.5m leaf doorways ensure accessibility for hoists, wheelchairs and walking frames. Doctors/dentist consulting room, billiard room, Spa room and salon facilities. Lounge dining and nook areas provide for gatherings. A number of internal garden courtyards are available for free access.

Room Description
The room has a small vestibule at its entrance which has a small kitchenette and joinery before entering into the bedroom proper. This provides a greater sense of privacy as the actual bed and inside of the bedroom is not obviously visible when the front door is open. The room floor is fully carpeted. There is a coffer ceiling with under-lighting to help with circadian rhythms to improve on sleep. The ensuite is fully tiled. The room has a sliding door to access a garden. The garden will be newly landscaped. There is a cushioned bedhead. The room is equipped with a king-sized single bed with under bed lighting for staff to be able to undertake visual checks without waking the resident (consumer) at night. There is a small banquette (bench) with a small visitor chair and a comfortable lounge chair. The room is fitted with a 50-inch Philips television with capability to view daily activities, menu and other announcements. There is a plan to upgrade CCTV to include CCTV in the rooms (with consent), as well as MATV to allow for live-streaming of Church Services from the Chapel. This will allow residents(consumers) who are not able to attend church services to view the service from their rooms.The room has air-conditioning for the hot weather, as well as temperature controlled new hydronic heating panels. There wardrobe has one lockable cabinet, pull-out shoe rack, plenty of storage for extra blankets/pillows and drawer/shelf space. All joinery have a soft-close feature to minimise inadvertent loud noises. On the outside of the room, will be a memorabilia lockable display cabinet for the resident to display cherished items.
Common Areas Description
All of the corridors will be re-carpeted with new carpets. The dining room will undergo a complete makeover, with cosy lounge areas, a 'business centre' with 2 upgraded desktop computers for residents(consumers) to communicate with loved ones from all over the world via Skype/Whatsapp and other equivalent applications. The 2 desktops will also have on its desktop, simple desktop games such as Tic-Tac-Toe or Wordsearch for residents who wish to play games on their own instead of group games.There will be a new fireplace with dual glass fire-walls for the residents in both dining and lounge area to enjoy the ambience a fire-place creates. A new cafe is being built in the existing main courtyard, so that residents (consumers) are able to invite visitors to an alternative social and meeting place. The new cafe will be used as a community hub for residents and families. The new cafe will be operated internally but with properly trained barista staff. There is a beauty salon and physio gym within the facility. There is a new Leisure and Lifestyle room built which will allow for specific activities such as knitting groups, reading Ukrainian/Serbian/Croatian newspapers together, clay pottery. The room will also have a sliding door to an outside secured garden with plans for vegie pods and a chicken coop. This is to recognise the Eastern European background and the agricultural expertise of many of the residents (consumers)
