All Hostel rooms are single bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms and space for a comfortable lounge chair and personal furniture. A TV and small fridge is found in most residents rooms. Residents are encouraged to decorate rooms with familiar and homely items (within reason).

Kanandah is a large complex and offers many features including lounge areas, sitting rooms, sunroom, library and games area, beautiful courtyards and lawns and gardens, vegetable patch and convenient access to Mudgee town centre. Other facilities on site are The Wattle Café where residents and their guests can have warm or cold drinks and a bite to eat from the large menu selection. We also have an on-site hairdressing salon, canteen and vending machines.
