We had a very bad experience when my mother was in care. Some of the staff were wonderful however it is the bad experiences that stay with you. There were many bad experiences and I was very sad that my mother had to spend her final days there being so unhappy. I believe there is a new manager now, so I hope things have improved.

Staff were always friendly and surrounds are quite pleasant

My relative is very happy with her nursing home. She is restricted to her room though and a little lonely. They forget to clean her glasses and put water in her flowers. They do not have much time to have a chat.

The caring Medical Staff and ancillary staff treat all their residence with care and the compassion that is of the utmost highest standards. My Father passed away with dignity and I could not believe how supportive the staff in all areas were to me.
