my ex husband was in care up until he passed away on Boxing Day 2013 I cannot thank the staff enough for all there care and consideration for him they always went the extra mile to keep him happy they were beautiful and he really appreciated them very much

Room Description

All Killarney Court residents enjoy the benefit comfort of their own private room with ensuite and external access to a courtyard or garden area.

The facility supplies basic furniturefittings including a bed and mattress linen curtains floor coverings light fittings individually controlled air conditioning ceiling fans wardrobe and a telephone outlet to be connected by the residents should they wish. Residents at Killarney Court also enjoy a kitchenette in their rooms including a bar fridge. Our residents are encouraged to make their room as homely for them as possible by bringing in furniture appropriate for the size of the room and precious items such as family photos and ornaments.

Killarney Court has recently undergone a major refurbishment March April 2014. All rooms have been freshly painted new floor coverings have been laid and new curtains have been fitted.
The Maximum Refundable Accommodation Deposit RAD represents the maximum amount that residents can be charged for this room. It should be noted that Accommodation Charges are negotiated on an individual basis and may be less than the maximum amount depending on the financial situation of the prospective resident.

Common Areas Description

Residents of Killarney Court have access to a number of recently refurbished common areas including a well stocked library an activities area with shuffle board a lounge area communal dining area large enough for all residents and a television viewing lounge. In addition residents have access to a large sheltered courtyard with tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Killarney Court has a dedicated games room as well as an area specifically designated for resident cafe activities. The dining room is fitted with a separate kitchen specifically for resident cooking pursuits as part of our activities programs. Colourful raised garden beds can be found throughout the grounds ensuring residents can participate in gardening if they wish.
