Food has improved. Staff are often rushed. Extra staff would be a benefit in order to provide more quality one on one time, especially to those who are not mobile.

My lovely nana who is 99 this year is at Kirralee and couldn't I couldn't be happier with how my nana is being cared for. Nurses are lovely in fact all staff members I have spoken with are very helpful and delightful. It's very distressing to see a loved one struggling with dementia but knowing my nana is in such good hands gives me peace of mind.

A beautifully situated facility. The staff are generally lovely and mum is treated well. There have been a few issues with quality of the food, but I don't have first hand knowledge of this and have advised the staff of mum's concerns.
