My Mum is in care at Kyabram and she is getting well looked after, always clean .Mum has her problems some days she is with us, but most days she is in her own little world. We know she is in safe hands which is a blessing tous her family.

I have a daughter that has been in age care for 14 years and I am not happy hat they do they don't let me know when she is sick .she is about to die and I get no calls about her I am ring all the time and when I go n se her I no nurse cames in at all

On admission to Sheridan we meet with you and your family to gain an understanding of your individual needs, this includes favourite foods, fashion and even the football team they support. Sheridan maintains close links with the local community and encourages residents to be involved in community activities. Family and friends play an integral part of Sheridan with monthly meetings held where individuals are encouraged to make suggestions and comment on the daily operations of Sheridan.
