Lake Haven Court residents enjoy the comfort of their own private room with an ensuite. The facility provides basic furniture/fittings including an electric bed and mattress, linen, curtains, floor coverings, light fittings, individually controlled air conditioning, wardrobe and a telephone outlet (to be connected by the residents should they wish). Our residents are encouraged to make their room as homely for them as possible by bringing in furniture (appropriate for the size of the room) and precious items such as family photos and ornaments. The facility was built in 2006 and provides a bright & modern home for our residents. The Maximum Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) represents the maximum amount that residents can be charged for this room. It should be noted that Accommodation Charges are negotiated on an individual basis and may be less than the maximum amount depending on the financial situation of the prospective resident.

Lake Haven Court residents benefit from multiple common rooms, a large activities area including a kitchen allowing for resident cooking pursuits and raised garden beds to participate in gardening if they wish. Situated adjacent to Lake Haven Shopping Centre, where there are more than 100 retail stores and customer services including banks, public and community services offices are housed, Lake Haven Court residents are encouraged to take advantage of the convenient location to maintain their independence as long as possible. While there is a resident telephone installed in the facility for residents to maintain communication with the community, residents may choose to have a private telephone connected to their unit.
