Dear Jan, thank you so very much for your kind words. You’ve found a way of putting into words what I see the team at Langford doing all the time but struggle to articulate. I will share your words with the greater team including our Board. We have had a tough year and your words certainly gave me a lift and I am sure will do the same for everyone else, especially the team at Langford Grange. Your kindness to take the time to write this after the loss of your Mum is generous beyond comprehension and I sincerely thank you and hope you find comfort in happy memories of your Mum. Sincerely, Tim Humphries, CEO, Homestyle Aged Care.

I would like to thank all the staff at Langford Grange there is no one I could fault during the time my Mother was a resident before passing away recently. The care and professionalism they showed during her last few days was wonderful. My daughter and I spent at lot of time with Mum at the home during this time and the staff went above and beyond caring for us as well. I can fully recommend this facility for your loved ones - Debbie Fallon

Not everyone is happy with the meals, especially those cooked by agency staff. Most residents have false teeth and some meals are uncuttable with a knife let alone chewable. Staff should eat the meals before sending them out for residents to eat. If the meat is too tough for them, it is definately too tough for an elderly resident to eat. Apart from that I am very happy with the care my husband receives.
Langford Grange is situated in the precinct of Blue Hills Retirement Village. The facility opened in early 2005, with 60 low and 60 high care beds incorporating a secure dementia unit with smart systems. The facility has extensive lounge areas, library, courtyards and features intimate sitting areas with tea and coffee making facilities in each wing. Cinema and bar facilities are incorporated into the features of this home. The spacious gardens with outdoor settings and a BBQ allow residents and families to enjoy the out doors. Staff with the highest skills have been carefully selected to care for our residents at Langford Grange.
