Right from the first contact the staff at LHI were friendly and empathetic. They made settling Mum into her new environment smooth and easy. We are so fortunate to have found her a home that is so caring, well equipped and accommodating to us as her family.

High care residents not encouraged to have individual rights. Some staff indifferent and not respectful of older residents. Over-medication to keep patients quiet.
