Thought this was a really nice place at first but I feel that the residents sent being looked after propley.Pads teeth nails sent checked enough .My fathers pad was soaking wet with no 1s and 2s while having lunch not good enough. His teeth looked liked they hadn't been cleaned for a week. Not good enough would they be like this with there family members. To little staff for the people to get proper care.No I'm a local and I wouldn't recommend this place.

Arriving at the realisation that residential aged care is the better option for your parent is HARD. Finding a residence that is a win/win is hugely difficult, especially when budget is extremely limited. It seems that the degree of respect for a life and its needed memory possessions diminishes with level of budget. So a little bedroom, tiny closet, likely a small window and a long distance from family is a typical result. This should not be compromise time. We need to offer respectful living solutions regardless of a resident's budget. Isn't that what you would want for yourself?
