Staff hard to find, some carers good some terrible. Staff look unhappy and tired.

Impressed with the home, the Social Support activities are great and saw first hand the care and support staff showed to residents living in there.

I did an inspection tour for this place and was a bit disappointed with what I saw. The nursing staff weren't friendly and the place is full of clutter. I waited for awhile at the reception desk for someone to accommodate me. Even though the nursing staff saw me but didn't acknowledge my presence. It was the manager who approached me and asked if she can help. She then gave me a tour of the facility. It is a 2 level facility which is great so th...

Residents of this well-appointed 60 bed home are spoilt for choice and quality.All rooms are single with en suite have a flat screen digital TV, Foxtel and Wi-Fi (at no additional cost).There are two spacious dining rooms, cinema room, library and resource hub, billiards and games room, residents' laundry, community kitchen and resident's lounge.Outside resident's can relax and socialise in one of three secure courtyards and take a stroll around the beautifully landscaped gardens.There are BBQ facilities, picnic tables, water fountain and raised garden beds to indulge one's green thumb.Lifeview is Rainbow Tick accredited and LGBTI friendly for residents and staff.
