All in all we are happy with the facility. However, there have been a few issues that I've had to make a few calls to discuss the issues. Staff are kind, but sometimes my husband feels that he is been ignored or that he is too hard to look after because he has so many medical health problems he needs much assistance going to the bathroom.

Lions Haven at Hope Island is excellent. Molly is 97 and only a pensioner in a high quality aged care facility but she is treated no different to the full paying residents. The staff treat her like a queen. Although Molly was originally reluctant to go into aged care she is now very happy and has nothing but praise for how well she is looked after and how good the food is.
