Mum has only been in home for 5 weeks but from first meeting with placement officer to now I couldn’t ask for a more caring organization. Admin, nurses, carers and kitchen staff have all shown great care and concern for mum. This care and concern was also extended to us after a visit with mum where she became verbally aggressive. We have had meals with mum both announced and unannounced and have been more than satisfied with its quality ,size and presentation. It may only be early days for us within an aged facility but at this stage we are more than happy with all aspects of its operation.

Excellent facilities. I really appreciate the fact that my mother's little dog, now in my care, visits with me twice a week and is always very welcome. The Activities Staff do a great job, with a resident and family ball held a couple of weeks ago. My mother pays an extra $32 for extras such as wine with meals, foxtel, menu choices. Sometimes I think the facility needs more nursing care staff - the majority of nurses aides are from overseas countries, and there are times when residents have to wait for attention.
