The support and care from all the staff were amazing. Thank you for everything you did for us.

The staff at the aged care facility are very caring and friendly and are very attentive to residents. They have daily activities and residents are happy. Once a month they have a bus trip which my brother enjoys. The staff keep family members well informed with any changes regarding their loved ones care.

I am impressed with the level of care that my mum receives at Opal Aged Care in Meadow Heights and would definately recommend that you look at it for a loved one

They really seem to care for the residents,My mum has Alzheimers and they are all extremely well versed in how to cope and handle all the different mood changes that she has and also the fact that they encourage the family to be involved in their care.
