The facility is nice. The rooms are much smaller than what they write on their brochure but I would never recommend a Home care package with them as the experience with my mother was disastrous. All they want is your money and they take it any way they can. They are exceptionally good liars.

Resthaven Malvern is one of the smallest Aged Care facilities that Resthaven own. It is personalized and caring, professional and transparent. My Mother was treated well by all stag and other residents who were clearly also happy and engaged. When her health failed their support and care were exceptional not only to Mum but also to alk of us. Have and will continue to recommend them.

I would like to see more work in dementia area. Prevention and stimulation. A lot of facilities have basic stimulation, repeateive activities. Not enough done in that area. People sit around like dummies. Depression is a big problem.
