Facility totally understaffed. Staff not trained to deal with dementia patients. Only one care worker on for nights for 15 dementia patients... totally inadequate. Food was very bland , basic not very nutritious .note, not all staff were uncaring, there are some exceptional caring considerate staff.

The Oaks unit is vinyl floored, noisy, loud, with lots of shared rooms and has the tainted air of an old fashioned insane asylum. During the day its run by a bullying loud and shrieking div 2 nurse, called Narelle, NOT a Registered Nurse. Lots of nurse students do their work placement here and they will tell you that the bullying is worse to them, than what I say, as I was just a visitor. This place says its family owned?!!! absolute garbage...

No Garden in Camberwell gardens.
Lifestyle activities are bingo and word search.
Residents herded in to communal areas during the day.
Main issue is rooms are clean. Smell.
Nursing staff good.
