My husband was satisfied with everything. Because it was his first time into respite, he was hesitant to go but had a great experience. Will go there again in future.

Staff are amazing, residents made to feel like family

My Aunt was clearly left in a soiled pad for a very long time, staff are just too overwhelmed

When my Mother-inlaw first came to Mercy place Montrose in 2007 it was fantastic and ALL the staff were VERY caring. after my mother had a stroke in 2010 we had no hesitation in applying for a position at Mercy place Montrose. BUT as time goes by it is VERY DIFFERENT NOW. I came across this in a Magazine "A BAD MANAGER CAN TAKE A GOOD STAFF AND DESTROY IT, CAUSING THE BEST EMPLOYEES TO FLEE AND THE REMAINDER TO LOSE ALL MOTIVATION." this sounds very familiar .
