Review MercyCare Residential Aged Care

Need to get the right people for the right jobs. Food is better in prison. Lack of person centred approach. Use of Antipsychotic drugs???????. Not enough Carers for the amount of residents especially as more and more require higher care. Boredom for some residents. Little or no imagination on how to care for these people. Where is the music, streemed concerts available on Youtube why are people sitting around starring at blank walls. I could go on and on! bottom line it's all about money.

The care and respect given to both my mother in law and father in law while they were in care was exceptional . The support given to the family members during the time of care, helping us to understand the changes in our parents and their needs was again exceptional. When the time came for us to say good bye, the compassion shown by the staff was beyond expectation.
