A total of 10 single bedrooms are available. 8 of these single rooms have their own private en-suites. All rooms have garden views through floor to ceiling windows. Each room has individually controlled reverse cycle heating and cooling. Ample storage space is provided for with floor to ceiling double built in robes.

Common areas provided for resident comfort are a large dining and lounge room fitted out with comfortable homely furnishings such as individual recliner chairs, china cabinets, fully stocked book shelves and large screen TV with Foxtel. The lounge room overlooks a private and secure covered courtyard that also has outdoor furniture. As well as a dining and lounge room, there is also a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave and tea making facilities. Technology is provided for by way of internet enabled desktop, laptop and tablet computers.
