I don't think the are able to take them on outings like a bus trip, like some of the aged care facilities.

I recently was a client at the Mermaid Beach facility. I was amazed at the care provided to me in my stay in respite. Meals were excellent and the staff were absolutely marvellous. It would be an ongoing thought for me to seek permanent accommodation when the need arises Thank you Tri Care

Provide caring service. Sometimes a little short staffed at weekends

Wonderfully caring staff, daily activities program and family members always welcome.

Extremely expensive... Food needs a new menu with onsite chef for all meals. STAFF ARE AMAZING 😀
