Our architecturally designed facility has a warm, colonial feel, comprising of four buildings, all within close proximity of each other. Situated on a 2.5 hectare block with adjoining privately owned acreage, each building has been designed and built with comfort and safety in mind. Our care buildings "The Ritz" and "Raffles" are well appointed with comfortable design features, with only 16 rooms for each wing to allow for the best serviceably. Well thought out design also extends to our family accommodation building "Shangri-La" should you need to stay from interstate at the times it matters most. The administration building "Fairmont" houses key Management personnel with an open door policy. Merrimac Park Private boasts several spacious lounge areas with hand selected, comfortable furniture. The residents are spoilt for choice when it comes to activities, with 3 activity rooms throughout the centre, running divisional therapies 7 days a week. Our dining rooms are well appointed with many relatives joining our residents at meal times. The menu has been designed by a specialist Aged Care dietician to ensure our residents get healthy, balanced, nourishing meals with variety each and every day. Merrimac Park Private has an in house hair and beauty salon, ensuring our residents always look their best without leaving the facility. There are many secluded sitting areas throughout the centre for residents and family members to meet. Catering for outdoor get togethers and functions The Pavilion is very popular on weekends. The Pavilion is an outdoor covered in BBQ Entertainment area, over looking the green, great for when the family come to visit.
