Terrible experience my mum was there for 4 years. The management, head care staff have no empathy, are uncaring and have caused me so much trauma and anguish over the years it is dispicable. They have lied to authorities, have manipulated situations which is unforgiveable. I was bullied by head staff, humiliated and my mum was living in an environment that was mentally traumatic for her. It is a disgrace do not recommend

Overall a very caring and supportive environment for the residents and their family. Transition from respite to permanent care was easy. Good communication given about any issues, consultation is encouraged.

My 93 yr old mum was in the age care facility after my sister who lived with her passed away. The nurses were so kind and tolerant as mum was very stubborn and pig headed and fiesty, but that's what they loved about her.. They were very attentive to me as well as it was a difficult time for me after loosing my sister and having to put mum in care, mum was bed ridden the last few months of her life, they were so caring and kind to her, she passed away 2 days after her 94th Birthday.

The staff where very friendly and put my mother at ease. The company she had was great.

My Mum wAs in this facility for 12 months prior to passing away. Our whole family agreed that the care and love given to Mum was beyond excellent. I've never experienced the utmost devotion to the aged patient, patience, kindness above and beyond the call of duty that was given to my Mum.
