My mother spent two weeks here, although the staff seemed helpful,she has money stolen from her and when she cut short her stay they did not refund her the money owed her. I would not even get them to look after my dog. stay away from this one.

While the nursing and care staff are terrific, the facility is very short staffed. I know most of them do the best they can but we pay very good money to have our family cared for and they are not meeting the needs of the residents. Avoid!!! Japara does not care about the residents needs, it just focuses on it's ability to please

Very short staffed. Obviously this means that the managing company are more worried about their profits than the care
