Under staffed. Not enough training for care staff. Quality of food especially bad for residents on puréed food. Money spent more on appearance home than on quality of care and food. Excuses made when resident found bleeding several times and with black eyes. No time ever for a staff member to just sit and talk to resident

Had both my mum and uncle in the same nursing home at different times. I would not recommend the facility to my friends now. When my relatives were there it was ok but not so much now.

Was happy with aged care facility, but a few things happened that made you realise how hard it is for staff

My parents were in here for 8 years and they loved it. When my Mum passed away 7 months ago, the staff were amazing with my Dad and I was so glad he was in there. They were so caring, it eased my mind knowing he was being looked after so well. He loved the food, staff and the place and was very happy there. Sadly he passed away 2 weeks ago.
