It's going down hill since all staff have been changed due to covid , I feel some aren't trained property, my husband s clothes are missing, he's wearing other men's clothes, I haven't seen him now since 17th of December, which is upsetting for us both, they have done things I haven't given permission for..so I'm not 100 percent happy..The lady in charge has been wonderful, not all their fault it's , just the system..To visit john, have to sit ou...

Food is improving

Nice staff. Told mum would have a single room but we arrived to find she was sharing. Not exactly a good start. Nursing staff were caring. Not a great deal of outside area.

My father was at Mt Coolum Aged Care until he passed away last October. The staff were wonderful and showed the upmost respect for all their residents, not just my father. They were always cheerful and were always looking for new ways to keep the residents entertained and their minds engaged. The buildings and rooms were well maintained and 95% of the time smelling clean.
