Clean, well Maintained building and staff appear caring and devoted but my relative was left for long periods of time with little interaction or socialisation. Food was bland and not enjoyed by my relative

My mother was cared for in the most wonderful environment for the last 3 years of her life. She had previously lived with my husband and me and our 3 sons for 25 years in our home. The love, care, attention and staff interaction with my mother as well as the other residents was amazing! The food choices were very healthy and nourishing and always plentiful. My mother voiced to me that she was "very lucky to be here".
