Deeply regret not researching the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission website for current notices of non-compliance and sanctions beforehand. Had we done so, we would have decided elsewhere. Our grievances are aligned with these, and relate to our perceived failures in care delivery in accordance with the minimum industry standards.

Probably like all aged care facilities understaffed but staff are unfailingly kind and professional under sometimes trying circumstances

We were very happy with the care that my father received.

Some of the staff are wonderful but carers who are being hired recently are not up to standard.

Overall quite a good aged care facility.
