My sister hS to pay 200 if she needs to go to appointments and pay for a taxi not fair all her pension goes to them it's all about the money meals are terrible

Our Mum lived out the last 5 years of her life at this very loving and caring nursing care home. Whilst the building is heritage listed and many years old, this home is so much more than a building. Don't just look at the exterior and drive past. You MUST make and appointment and do a tour of the facility.
Not once in five years did our family have even 1 cause for complaint. We did however have many incidents where we walked in unannounc...
