My mum is 92 and has been in this facility for over 5years and we as her children are blessed by the care and concern meted out to our mother daily we are most fortunate.

My mum has been in Ningana for a few years now and we as her family/children cannot fault the facility which has beautiful gardens and lawns and beautiful wide verandas such as those many of the residents are used to having lived on the land. Staff of all degrees are the most caring gentle people we have ever encountered as some of us are Doctors, Nurses, Physios, School Teachers, Dental Nurses and Miners.

Our Mum is in our local Community rum Aged Care facility and we are very blessed by staff and wonderful care and the fact that we are always kept in the loop no matter what!

My mum is widowed and 88yrs old living in an Aged Care Facility in our town. I can't speak highly enough about our whole experience as children, grandchildren and friends. The treatment of my mother and all of the other residents is unconditional love at it's best. The only drawback is that my mum loves the food but is not too willing to engage in too much exercise.

I would like to see the residents have more interaction with staff or other residents. The residents don't seem to be encouraged to socialise much or be given much to do.
