We viewed the units at 741 as a potential resident for our mother and we were left disappointed. Nitin the sale representative was helpful but I was left wondering as to why there are still 30 units available 12 months after opening and only 10 sold. We spoke to a current resident and they expressed concerns about the management and their overall proactivity. This raised alarm bells but maybe its because these guys are new to aged care.
