This facility is old and very understaffed

The staff are incredible at this facility. Their genuine care and affection for all residents gives me confidence that with the right organisational structure, values and support for staff we can create lovely environments for our elderly loved ones. I can't speak more highly of OzCare Noosa - particularly Lorraine and Vanessa. My family and I looked at lots of 'shiny', modern facilities but all of that means nothing if the care underneath is not...

Oz care Noosa Heads......my mum had dementia and was here for about 3 years......the staff in eucalyptus and Darwinia were outstanding in their unfailing care and love of the residents......right until the end, mum and I had their love and support......amazing people who helped us through a very difficult time. My mum has been at ozcare for around 18 months now and is very Happy there. The staff are very lovely and caring, they always have time to talk over any quiries we might have. It's just lovely to see mum being taken such good care of, and most of all she seems happy to be there, thank you Ozcare.
