My mother has been at Palm Lakes Care Bethania for about 7 months. The staff are great. Friendly, respectful and attentive. My mother really likes the quality of the facility and the helpfulness of the staff. The family are really happy we have found a such a great care facility for our mother. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend this facility.

My mother was one of the first residents in this newly opened facility and was there for 7 years. We realized quickly during this time, that profit was put before the residents all the time. The main problem is lack of staff, especially on weekends

Assessing a particular aged care facility must also include the cost verses quality of everything.

Care could greatly be improved. The carers hose mum down in the shower like she is an animal in the zoo. Use no soap and it’s all finished in less than a minute , then they are off running to the next resident . No time to even dry her.
