The reception people who should be the best representatives of the company does not align with vision mission of the organisation. Retrain them about cultural safety and awareness. Respect is needed in every organisation.

I would not recommend any person attend this facility. Unfortunately, the only thing they care about is money. The service manager is disgraceful and shows no empathy at all. Residents are ignored, treated disrespectfully and with lack of basic needs. You will regret sending your loved one here

I wouldn’t recommend this facility as it would be a very dark day if anyone was considering to have your loved one reside at Palm Lakes. Duty of care doesn’t come close. Our parents and friends should be treated with dignity and respect while having their needs met. Palm lakes is by no means a facility that identifies CARE.

Don't go here!!!!!! The management are appalling and don't care about the residents, they only care about money. They don't follow their values or provide what they say they do, which is care
