The building is very classy and the staff are all pleasant and hard working. They work like slaves for the wages they recieve. The staff really run to ensure their residents recieve the best care possible. The organisation is run fairly well but the menu could be of a little higher quality. There is a need for more staff for the amount of work neccessary to look after these elderly residents. The Government needs to raise the wages to enable the aged care facilities to attract more staff. There also needs to be a resident ratio for carers to residents. These elderky require time to talk to staff and get some personal space with staff. After all it is their home!
