In relation to your comments surrounding staff training, staff do receive education relating to dementia care, we have dedicated staffing in our dementia unit for continuity of care and effective behavior management.  We also recognise your comments in relation to our management team and would like to invite you to discuss any concerns with the manager, Angela at your convenience. Angela has instituted an open-door policy and welcomes feedback from residents, families and staff at any time. While our CSM is new to this home, she brings many years of experience and is highly qualified as a registered nurse and in clinical services management.
