Staff neglecting residents when requesting for care

The residential aged care where my Mother-in-law is cared for is wonderful. Each building has about eight residents with their own comfortable rooms and a community kitchen and lounge area. She gets extremely good care from the friendly staff, regular Dr. visits, supervised medication, and many varied activities to attend. The meals cannot be faulted and the gardens are lovely. All of our family are made welcome any time we visit.
