The facility and grounds are wonderful. The staff are amazing so kind and patient but also motivational and humorous. Most have been there over 15 years which says a lot in itself. They have regular weekly outings and activities. The food is restaurant quality and they even get to have a wine or beer with lunch and dinner. The nursing staff are extremely qualified and very caring. We could not fault this facility.

When the time comes that someone needs to go into residential care there is so much confusion at a time when one needs peace of mind. We can not praise Regents Garden, Residential resort, Lake Joondalup enough. The care that they give to everyone, (clients, family and friends) is exceptional. Very sad to see elderly people like that helpless needing people to feed them clean them put them to bed. I applaud all those people who take care of them.

I was so concerned with this process but the care and support to help make the transition easier has been beyond expectations. I cannot thank the staff enough for helping us so quickly and getting mum into a facility that she would feel comfortable.
