dissappointed that im having trouble removing the regis classic care package from mums bill i signed her up for it on entry to discover a few weeks in that she isnt able to eat a cooked breakfast nor partake in happy hour so currently paying $7 per day for tv in her room been trying for four months to cancel this and keep getting the run around

Mum is well cared for ,Staff are lovely and caring. Food is very good but of-course repetitive as with most nursing homes.Home is clean with nice gardens and plenty of activities for residents.

My mother is in aged care .over all the facility is good the food could be better .would like to see the doctor come to see her more regularly instead of every 4 to 6 8 weeks
