The staff are very helpful.

Although the care is usually very good, at times there appears to be a lack of staff to enable residents to be treated with the dignity they deserve, I witnessed a lady who had attempted to get out of her wheel chair because she wanted to go to the toilet, she was placed in the hall waiting for staff to take her, she was in obvious distress crossing her legs pleading to go, until she finally wet herself. Very helpful staff who gave a lot of details about aged care without being biased. This facility feels like home. A very well run place. It is a bit old, and some rooms are shared which was unfortunately not my mum's cup of tea.

My mother in law was there only a short time before she passed away but the staff was very good to her and did there best to help her, she loved to sit in the garden area which was kept very nice
