Not enough staff on duty, hard to even get through on phone, messages left for them to return my call but never do. Financial statements continually wrong as they don't act on Services Australia for months after receiving them.

Both my mother and mother in law were at Bupa for eight years. They had rooms facing the rivulet which were sunny and spacious. The on-site doctor provides outstanding support. Over this time we saw a serious deterioration in quality of staffing and service. The nursing home that my Mother is in has a wonderful welcoming feel. The staff are always helpful and very friendly and seem to genuinely love their job. The rooms are spacious and light often with little verandas, as does my Mothers. The residents seem happy and i often stop and have a chat. The gardens are beautiful and have been created so that the residents can walk around them safely. You can here the rivulet tumbling by and you can see the mountain, a beautiful outlook.
