Need more transport facilities for residents to engage in outings.

Very nice facility and well run most of the time. There is always someone that does not meet the standards of the others on staff. Perfect facility for residents who are mobile however not quite as good for residents who are not mobile or social. Overall residents are very well cared for by caring staff most of the time.

The most important is the staffs gentleness and kindness. My mum likes everyone from the nurses to the cleaner and food server. Lovely room with views over fields and trees. My mum who has dementia loves it and says it’s home.
