The individual care, is remarkable it's like a home environment I have been to many facility's but Monash gardens is spotless. The staff are extremely understanding and helpful, they are always there to answer your questions and are very supportive. My cousin is always given special attention but its the same with all of the other residents as well. The Manager is wonderful my cousin isn't just a number they all know her name and also my name. I feel we are very fortunate to have wonderful facilities to look after our elderly and sick. We live in a fantastic country that is given all of us these advantages. Their are many small lounge areas as well as main and individual dinning areas. Also a boutique coffee shop that is opened 7 days a week from 9am to 12 noon. So their are many different surroundings we can pass our time as well a well organised activity program. After the residents shower in the mornings they are taken to different activities or relax in the various lounges. Anyway I fully recommend is facility. Rose Allekian

Overall I have been very pleased with the care my parents have received since going into Monahan Gardens 7 months ago. As the auspices of the facility has just changed from Monash City Council to Royal Freemasons I hope the current standard of care is maintained or increases. The only gripe is the food especially the dinners could be better.
