The nursing staff are friendly and approachable. The care staff go out of their way to provide individualised care to each and every resident. The Kitchen team do an outstanding job of creating delicious treats for the residents for example the shortbreads melt in your mouth. The cleaning staff are all new since cleaning is in house. The cleaning staff go our of their way to ensure the facility is spick and span and smells great.

My grandfather was a resident of Elm aged Living he enjoyed the life he lived there. He often mentioned that he enjoyed the food and activities that were offered to him. The care given when he was unwell was second to none. Overall Elm aged living is a place I would recommend

Taking out the cost factor, there is never enough staff to tend to all the residents, leaving some waiting at times when you are unable to wait. The quality of food should be a higher standard (you are what you eat).
