I Couldn't possib;y give anyone full 5 stars as I do not believe in perfection but Farnohra comes close. I have two friends there now and both are content, tho both were adamant that they did not want to go into care. I have been visiting for two years. My first friend is not sociable and keeps to her room only leaves for meals or exercise. Yet she tells me "they are very good to you here". Staff are always dropping by to care for her. I am very concerned that both residents and staff treat the facility as a hospital rather than a home. It seems easier for staff if the residents are in their room for the majority of their time. This is not good for socialisation or for mental health.
