The staff could not have cared less about my dads care needs which was very distressing I spose they did did the best they could with the limited resources this aged care facility provides resources for. Access to therapies for aged could have been a lot easier especially since Dad is a DVA card holder. Extremely happy with the care my mother receives. The staff are wonderful and contact me with regular updates on my mothers health and health issues. I have been with her during meal times and the food is well presented and looks appetising.

Access to therapies for aged could have been a lot easier especially for DVA card holders.The food left a lot to be desired, especially for residents requiring soft food diet.Bedding could have been a lot more personalised as well, less like a hospital would have been nice.

I am very happy with the way my 88 year old Dad is looked after in the RSL, SCU in Caboolture, I have found the staff loving and caring to all their residents. My dad is happy and content in his environment.
