Firstly the lady who helped my from my age care called kristy was amazing secondly the nursing home my mum got an emergency spot in is amazing the staff are nice and the facility is lovely the care mum got and the support I received was above and beyond I couldn’t be happier and now I feel my mum is getting the care and support she needs

The home is always clean and my brother-in-law is always dressed and shaven neatly.
His room is quiet . The bed seems a bit small but because of cancer, he’s lost a lot of weight so not a problem for him. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff are always friendly cheerful kind and helpful.
They treat the residents like family. My mother-inlaw is always telling us how happy and relieved she is that we found this facility. She is so happy to call it her home. I have spoken to a number of people that have relatives in other aged care facilities and no-one is happy with the care but Smithfield is amazing.
