I found that it is far from person centred care. They do not have the capacity to manage ageing in place. They are disorganised. Residents are not always respected as people able to make decisions. When alarms are pressed it takes a long time to respond. Communication is ineffective. No stimulation for residents who remain sleeping in front of TV all day. The list goes on….
